Cartridge shock absorber installation
1. During the installation process, do not hit the surface of the cylinder barrel of the shock absorber with a metal heavy object, and force the dust cover welded outside the shock absorber.
2. Use the taper rubber pad vibration isolation shock absorber, and apply the pad plate to press the taper rubber pad section assembled in the inner hole at both ends of the lifting ring.
3. During the installation process, the surface of the rubber parts equipped with the shock absorber shall not be damaged (such as buffer sleeve combination, etc.)
4. After the shock absorber is installed, the thread of the connection part should be tightened according to the torque requirements specified by the whole vehicle to ensure that the connection part is fastened reliably and without loosening, and the fastening part should be coated with anti-rust paint.
Front and rear core mounting
1. Front and rear shock absorbers (cores) refer to external structural products such as coil springs, spring seats, pressure pads, bearings and other external structural parts that need to be additionally equipped when loading
2. Before replacing and installing the shock absorber, the quality of the following auxiliary external structural parts should be checked: the bearing movement is flexible, there is no cracking and damage on the inner surface of the pressure relief pad, there is no fatigue and attenuation phenomenon of the coil spring, and the shock absorbing rubber should have no permanent deformation, aging and damage.
3. During the assembly process, no hard object shall be used to beat, clamp or rub the surface of the connecting rod to avoid oil leakage.
4. The requirements for the thread locking torque of the assembly are as follows:
M10 thread pair: tightening torque 28±3Nm;
M12 thread pair: tightening torque 49±5Nm;
M14 thread pair: tightening torque 80±8Nm;
5. After the assembly is completed, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out.
